PRIVACY POLICY
Our recruiting process is discreet, confidential and respects the right of privacy of both the Candidate and Employer. The recruited candidate does not know the identity of the recruiting employer until the employer consents to the disclosure upon approval of the candidate's credentials as provided by our database and recruiter. The identity of the candidate is unknown to the employer until the employer approves the Candidate’s credentials and the Candidate agrees to the disclosure of their identity to the employer.
Candidate’s name, address, e-mail address and phone number shall not be disclosed to any employer or third party without the Candidate’s prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Employer’s registration information and all recruitment orders or job description data are confidential. Such employer information shall not be disclosed to any third party, except a candidate being recruited for employment by the employer, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
